We are committed to building lasting relationships with our clients and community through wellness, education, and exceptional service. ⸻ SPA POLICIES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We are currently accepting new clients. Please join our waitlist and include the services you are interested in within the message section. • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations made the same day (24 hours) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This balance must be paid before booking a future appointment. • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this time without notice may result in cancellation. • To maintain a peaceful environment, guests are not permitted during services. Clients under 18 may be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ⸻ SERVICE REQUIREMENTS • Discontinue use of Retin-A, Tretinoin, glycolic, mandelic, or azelaic acids at least 15 days prior • No facial hair removal 72 hours before facial treatments • For waxing, allow 3–4 weeks of hair growth • Laser hair removal must be completed 5–7 days before a facial • Shave 24–48 hours before laser appointments • No chemical peels from other providers within 30 days • Chemical peels are not offered to new clients without proper skin preparation • Skin lightening treatments require 2 weeks of pre-treatment cream use and continued home care ⸻ PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive on time and complete your consent forms via the confirmation email to ensure prompt service. Cancellation Policy
Your non transferable deposit will not be refunded if appointment appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours notice.

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for no-shows of the schedule appointment. Such balance has to be paid of before booking another appointment.
